While we cannot guarantee a successful change following order placement due to a goal of quick processing and shipping, we will make changes to your order if it is possible. Please contact us via email@example.com as soon as possible to do so.

Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.
Yes, we do offer P.O. Box delivery.
You can track your order at any time by clicking the link in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to have this e-mail re-sent, do not hesitate to contact us via email at email@example.com.
Order confirmations are sent immediately after your order. If you are missing an order and/or shipment confirmation it is likely there was either an error in the typing of your e-mail address at checkout or the e-mail was blocked. We can see this happen with some .edu and other various e-mail hosts. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure to have your confirmations re-sent.
We're so sorry about that! While we do our very best to ensure this never happens, if you do receive a damaged item or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will resolve this ASAP!
After 60 days from your order being delivered, any damages to your item(s) are considered wear and tear, and not manufacturing damage.
We accept return for credit on all items in original, sellable condition for 21 days following delivery. Please click here to view our full policy.
All orders placed between 11/1 and 12/24 are eligible for return until 1/15/22.

We are happy to return gifted items purchased online for store credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tags attached. Please contact us with the Order Number of the original purchaser if you’d like to initiate a return.
Following delivery of your return to our address you will receive credit within 2-5 days via e-mail.
Store credit will be issued to customers via gift card to be used toward the re-purchase of a different size, style or item. All gift cards are assigned for the price paid during checkout at time of purchase of your item(s). Gift cards can be combined with an active discount code if so desired.
To apply your gift card to your order, simply put the code received through your email into the box that says “Gift Card or Discount Code”. Your gift card will be valid indefinitely.

Astoria Activewear comes out with new collections each season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.

We do offer international shipping and ship to most countries!
We recommend using a carrier that will provide you a returns tracking number. Upon checking the receipt date of the package, please allow 2-5 business days for processing of the return. Note that since you are shipping the return internationally it may take a little longer for your package to reach us.
