Processing Time

All in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasonal demand.

Due to high order volume, there may be instances where an item shows as in stock but temporarily goes out of stock. If an item is out of stock, processing and shipping may take longer than usual; however, please rest assured that your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available again.

Processing time is separate from shipping time and applies regardless of the shipping method or delivery speed selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.

Delivery Time

Our standard shipment time is 6-14 business days. Delivery time begins once the order is marked shipped. Please note that customs clearance times may vary. Should you have any issue or concern with your shipment, feel free to send us an email via hello@astoria-activewear.com with your order number and we will assist as soon as possible.
