These shorts are great to workout in! I wouldn’t say they are “squat proof” because of the color but they are good quality.

I love this fabric and fit! Super flattering and pretty true to size. I’m 5’5” / 110lbs and ordered the xs. It’s compressing and lifting all at the same time. If you don’t like the compressing feeling, maybe size up! Held up well in Pilates. Definitely ordering more colors!
