I'm not usually a big fan of the booty scrunch, however these are great! They don't give an uncomfortable feeling like a lot of them do, and they are so flattering - I'm tempted to order more colors now. I took a size m with 42 hips and 28 waist, 5'6 145 lbs if it helps anyone!
