I was skeptical about this brand because its a bit pricey. And they aren't size inclusive which sucks. But I decided to try it and im obsessed with this set. I paired the shorts with the tank and the headband. I am a 31 waist and 41 hip and 5'10. 155 lb. I got large. If you are bigger than me the large would probably not fit. My favorite thing about this set is it doesn't budge. There is no front seam on the shorts and the pockets are great. I've done high intensity workouts, complex leg movements, and runs and I do not have to constantly adjust them like I do with other workout clothes. It's probably because I'm at the highest range of the size so they are snug. Check the size suggestion carefully.

I love this brand is so flexible and comfortable, such good quality. I will definitely buy more for my Pilates class.
