I kept going back and forth as to whether I needed this set or not - but I am SO glad I did. I am 5'3", normally a Size 12 in Dresses / Size L-XL in Activewear, and the size XL fits me really nicely, and the set itself is so comfy.
If I was wearing this out, it would be the perfect size, but mainly I'm wearing it to work out in, and I do wish it was just slightly more roomy for that reason! So, if you happen to be like me - you may want to size up.

I am 5'4 - in between 145-150 pounds and an A cup up top! The medium fit but is just a little snug but not enough to be uncomfortable in. If you have a larger chest, definitely size up.
